NÜVO Return & Refund Policy

We want you to truly love your NÜVO. That’s why we give you 15 days to try your sunglasses at home. If you’re not fully satisfied for any reason, you can return them within this trial period – no questions asked.

✅ Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned in good condition, with original packaging and tags.
  
  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, since shipping on your original order was on us.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
